RETRENCHMENT...
It makes me ponder.... as pointed out in my book tat my industry wont get affected by retrenchment or superior's appraisal etc... now i can see it liao... Some of my frs are concern abt their job... esp those yuppies... young n earning quite good... & have higher spending habits.. if earn too high, scared gana chop.. if too old, also scared chop.. if u r replaceable, also scared gana chop...
I'm really lucky.. but as every1 is tightening their belts.. i jus have to work harder to find more clients... but at the least.. i control my fate...
