Do u know wat is Advance Medical Directive Act?
Say when i'm terminally illed some day & i dun wish to prolong my life anymore cos I dun wana suffer further and hope to be allowed to die naturally, in peace & with dignity. u know 安乐死..
But IF i' unable to express myself at tat time...
HOW!!!! I dun wana burden my family mentally & financially....
There's a way...
I can sign an Advance Medical Directive (its a legal document that you sign in advance to inform the doctor treating you, in the event you become terminally ill and unconscious, that you do not want any extraordinary life-sustaining treatment to be used to prolong your life) .
This is the form.. I'll be filling in oh... Most imp is dun wana burden family la..
