Healthy me

Have been going jogging regularly recently... ard 3-4 times/wk... ard 2.4-3 km! ard 30min each time.. yeah.. finally determine to excercise liao..
Bought kiwi lately too... kiwi is an excellent source of Vit C! Good source of potassium! Supplies soluble fibre which can help to lower blood cholesterol levels! Do u know tat a single kiwi fruit supplies more than the normal daily adult requirement for the vitamin, which is essential for wound healing and a healthy immune system...
Hee... n one shot i ate 2-3 kiwi.. hee.. cos quite nice.. once its fully ripe..
