Went to Elderly home today.. It's "Kheng Chiu Loke Tin Kee Home for the Aged" located at Tampines. We did some simple warm up exercise, sing songs, showed "wang sa, ye feng" & colleagues performed a dance.
The 1st feeling i had is the elderlys are much older than i expect. Some are in fact english speaking. Some are 80+ yrs old liao... My ah ma also 80+ but she's physically much stronger n heathier than those in home. i'm really glad tat my ah ma is still healthy...
In fact, this is the 1st time i visited a home. I'm appreciative tat my organisation organised this trip.. one of our pillars is to contribute back to society n doing charity. We'll be doing charity regularly...
