wat a healthy meal!

last nite when i gona sleep..
i told myself i wana start eating light.. wana buy salad meals..

so today when i woke up, i went NTUC to buy salads ingredient...
i'm surprise to see ready-made salads in ntuc.. can jus buy off rack n eat..
but i intend to do it myself so.... tada...
below r my buys...

-butterhead lettuce
-grapes (purple n green).. to add some nice taste to boring salad
-corn.. to boil..
-thousand island sauce... will put abit only..
-cucumber
-tomato
-cherrie tomato
-carrot
-dried raisin...

am boiling the corn while preparing my salad....
MIL said put some salt into water while boiling corn so tat corn will remian sweet..
& its true!
e corn is sweet n nice... this will be my new 'titbit'....
easy to prepare n healthy..

after all the wash wash n cut cut...
finally presenting my lunch... @ 3+pm.. haha..
lettuce, grapes, dried raisin, tomato, carrot, cherrie tomato..
no cucumber cos duno where's the 'peeler' to peel the skin..

no thousand island...

with little bit of island....
after eating this... i feel quite full...
but not very satisfied... cos too healthy tasting..
i realize actually no need put thousand island...
the raisin n grapes is enuf to have some sweet taste..
so nxt time no need put sauce liao..

after all the washing up...
i make a cup of milo!
ah... milo is so nice...

gona do stepper later liao...
duno how long i can eat such salad meal..
sigh...
