anyway my client went Phuket & got bitten by monkey..
she bought her travel insurance under airline & apparently, she cant claim from it...
she din seek treatment there...
instead, she came back sg to see doc...
As she is bitten by an animal.. there's fear of rabies & other kind of infection..
hence she went TTSH A&E...
& problem is NOT all hospital in sg have such jab...
faint!
finally she found the only hospital tat has such 'prevent virus jab'..
guess wat... her 1st visit cost her $1900..
subsequent jab cost abt $1000...
& cannot pay from her medisave acc..
if she had bought accident plan from me.. then at least can claim some money..
moral of story...
buy proper travel insurance...
also buy accident plan from me!
haha...
