i've always wanted to try.. cos dear say its very nice..
nice atmosphere with good wine!
with a chef explaining each dish..
anyway guoxiang is a french cuisine chef..
he's a tutor teaching french cuisine too..
so he knew this Infuzi's chef cum boss....
so we had French cuisine at Infuzi
empty cos its located at bio polis, so dinner time is usually no crowd one..
anyway this dinner comes up to $150/pax!!
interesting ah.. deco quite simple la..
tomato n walnut bread..
1) loch salmon... quite nice..
but he say nowadays aga aga can liao..
2) spinach. duck liver. Foie gras ('fwah grah')
Dear n guoxian fr love it..
i find it yucky... i dun like..
guoxiang say eat it with spinach will taste better..
true leh.. but i still dun like..

skin is crispy.. quite nice la..
