my yummy healthy lunch

rem i join the "ba gua" slimming..
my 1st meal is usually my lunch liao..

so this is wat i cook/eat every afternoon.

1)Buy thigh chicken from NTUC
2)Defrost it..
3)prepare ginger... i love ginger..
4)cut open the thigh meat abit.. so easier to cook..
5)once water boil, throw ginger n all the chicken in... put abit salt..
6)wait for it to boil..
7) in between, scoop up the chicken n put in again.. this is to ensure no blood ard the bone area...
8)while waiting for chicken to boil... boil for ard8-10 mins la..
i prepare my daily drink...
No sugar soya drink...
this is the only"can fill stomach" drink...
cannot drink milo... can drink coffee/tea without sugar..
so soya taste better...
real healthy drink.. no sugar..
or can buy this too... no sugar too... taste nice once used to it...
i also buy powdered form.. haha.. cheaper..
also if i need any taste in food... this is wat i can input... NO salt!
9)oki... my chicken ready!
simple cooking... yummy too...
cannot drink the soup ah...
high protein meal...
10)optional: cooking hard boil egg with the remaining soup...
can only eat egg white... can eat many many.. as long no egg york..
11) ready lunch...
yumsss...
Dinner... vege only... no soup.. no rice etc..
but i also eat meat la... only vege very poor thing..
