went yx hse make cookie..
so nice to have own hse!
can do watever thing u want..


ingredient is ez to prepare..

in oven..

1st round of cookie..

2nd set.. with raisin inside..

i think its nice!

1st time do taste is success..

but dear say its not sweet enuf..

my amazing grandma had always been painting the ceiling herself over the last few yrs..

she jus dun wana spend $ n ask ppl come paint..

even though we keep tell her to..

last yr she fell down due to painting ceiling..

i happen to stay over on sun,
then mon grandma intend to paint again.
so i help la..


this is the before painting ceiling..
keep peeling off cos of wear n tear ba..
kitchen is super windy..

the paint...

its been kept for some time, not new one..

this round gona throw away once after paint..

me with the stick to "scrap" off the peelings 1st..

grandma diluting the paint..

peeled off paints..

after my painting...

initially use the roller n long stick..

then instead of painting, the sticky paint stick more peeled off paint onto the roller..

aiya anyway end up cant paint..

so i use a brush, stand on chair n paint bits by bits..

jus to cover those "holes"

at least look neater..

ah ma finally agree to find ppl to paint after cny..

i really have an amazing grandma..

she had her "medical" knowledge

she's just so smart n amazing..

she's an inventor!

this is her clothes hanger stick..
its been ard for at least 35 yrs..

30+ yrs ago, ah ma actually picked a tree branch..

use knife to chop off unwanted areas n make into this shape..

this "antique" is older than me..

n its still functional..

u can see the tree circle circle thing..

another amazing thing..
this is those bird nest cover...
1 is new, 1 is burnt colour..
why why?

grandma use screw driver to "poke" few holes..

for wat??

tada..

its for stove...

cos the original one is spoilt...

n outside shop cant find n its a waste to change the whole stove..

hence ah ma invent her own "fire cover"

smart rite!!

on top still got a "antique looking coin"

and it works perfectly well!

anyway after all the painting, we went ntuc to buy new yr drinks..

i'm so amazed by her tat at 84yrs old, 

still knows how to read the big price tag..

her eye sight still good!

no need to wear long sightedness specs oh!

she also went door to door (door knocking/prospecting) to ask whether anyone needs to 做月

she can be the 做月 auntie/granny..

and this was when she was 50+ to 60!!!

just to earn more $$..

i wld say my parents generation n my generation do not have the high survival skill as my ah ma..

if we go back to stone age time..

i wont know how to survive..

but ah ma sure knows how oh!

isn't she a amazing super wonder woman!

if she got a chance to study...

im sure she'll be a scholar!

love her to max!

grow quite fast hor.. abt 2.5-3cm..

can see alot black black liao..

bought some handy hse stuffs at jap store..

i think this is so true..
i contract cancer..
cant have baby..
but i gain really alot these few mths...


im even closer to ah ma n my 姑姑s..
last time although i know we r close.. 
but we wont really chat like "soul mates" etc..
nowadays, i'll chit chat w 姑姑 very often...
and i really like the closeness now..

also saw selina on news..

i think she's v brave..

cos as an artist, she dare to let whole world see her in short hair, bloated face etc..

image is so important to an artist!

it requires alot of courage to let ppl see her in this state..

i dun even dare to let ppl see me in my real botak/short hair..

i still wear a wig when go out...

also she took 4 hrs just to make up to cover her red face etc just to appear on tv for few minutes..

apparently, it is v painful for her...

gossip news also say actually even walking for her is very painful..

yet she take few steps up n on stage etc..

so i think she's really strong..

her hair is slightly longer than mine..

i wish her well soon!

which is the shopping square in macau..

we tried the rather famous dessert made from cow's milk

 its like beancurd but its made of cow's milk instead of soya bean..

not bad la.. not super nice

 we went lunch at this restaurant..

the noodle is suppose to be famous n nice..

 the fried dumpling..

 taste ok la..

 still can go eat as the noodle is quite Q

 bought this red coldwear for HK$200. Sing $34

 then DnD in evening..

cool hor.. our DnD held overseas..

my colleague organise it..

not easy to transport 200 ppl there..

today went zhu hai..

its ez to go...

hotel got shuttle bus to go to custom.

the shopping complex is jus outside the custom..

forgot to bring RMB..

lucky fen got extra..

 ewww... crocodile meat..

 live stock...

im like wah wah wah..

city girl like me seldom see this kinda wet mkt liao..

 mum-in-law wash n blow her hair there..

only 15RMB.. S$3..

i sit down wait..

cos dear n dad went massage..

i also walk til tired..

 then we merge to makan at this very nice place!

more to local food.

 we ordered simple hse kinda food..

n its very nice!

n suoer full too..

5 person, 6 dishes only cost less than 100RMB = S$20!!

the cai sim very fresh too..

 the fish is so strong tat it jump out of its tank n land on floor beside dear..

 the shopping mall..

 alot of fake-branded..

need to bargain n cut the price 70% first..

eg they sell 100rmb, need to start by saying 30rmb then start bargain.

 i bought few things..

cute colour.. the blue bag belongs to lifen.. 

her mum bring along in case we buy alot things.. n it come in handy lor..
so colourful dear.. haa

 my zhu hai buys...

the magic shawl.. sg sell S$20+. at zhu hai.. i bargain until S$11.50..

 i bought a few as gift.. but i think i didnt cut enuf..

i love the pink water pillow.. good for ppl always got air in stomach.

its suppose to put onto stomach to warm stomach..

jus plug the power for less than 5 min n the water is super hot..

i tried n nxt day morning, poo poo alot! haa..

 my liang liang gala bag bought in zhu hai.. they sell 380 RMB.. 

i bargain till 220 RMB = sing$ 44. 

but apparently i heard tat need to bargain price cut by 70%! 

means i shd have bargain it to be 380 x 30% = 114 RMB.

sorta feel i over buy.. but is ok la.. liang liang bag is rather cheap for S$44 ba..

free 3D show tix..

 so so only..

 the tix is bought in sg online..

wont be able to get tix if buy there..

its S$113/tix

 the show.. dancing water.. basically acrobats performance..

 actually i prefer the performance at hainan..

this "show" is choreographed by zhang yimou after his olympics china 2008.

its a MUST go when u r in hainan.

today's flight is in evening..

so we have the early afternoon to relax..

yummy!!

 tried the pork cutlet bun...

 so so only...

 came across this local ppl stall..

 like run down lidat..

 dear's curry beef noodle..

nice!

 my pork chop noodle..

noodle n soup ok ok..

pork chop is nice..

only HK$15..

quite little noodle though..

overall i had a good time..

maybe cos i bought things tat i want..

weather abit cold for me though..

dun like to wear a scarf over neck cos will hinder my wig..

so hope i can dun need wear wig in the coming april yokohama trip..
oh i put on 2kg!!!!!
din eat alot leh..
