red apple n carrot

today dear acc me go ntuc buy fruits...
i bought lots of fruits...
chinese pear, red n green apples n carrot!..

once home, i prepared 4 red apples n 2 carrot...
ready to be squeeze!

see the residue...

the washing is abit tiring though..

yummy red apple carrot juice...
nice n sweet..
have to scoop away the top layer of duno wat thing..

tat time i ordered green apple juice n it cost $3..
very nice but expensive too...

so i've always been wanting to buy a juicer...
this one cheap cheap.. $33...

i squeeze 5 green apples n only manage to squeeze 1 and half cup...
yummy.. happy..
i can have healthy fruit juice anytime!

after throw away the old big computer monitor,
dear went to buy wireless keyboard.. $79..
the "mouse" is the rite side.. touch kind..
like laptop.. no need real mouse..
how convenient is tat..

so now we use our new TV as our PC monitor too!
happy...
now can watch online show like DVD!!
big big screen!...
best of all, we can operate on bed...
using the wireless keyboard...

dear is so IT savvy.. haha

Pru API Luncheon 20-10-09

Was invited to Pru API Luncheon on 20-10-09..
cos i'm top 3 consultant in the whole of Prudential for my big Gp insurance in 3rd quarter..
keke....

its held at "Absinthe"
48 bt pasoh rd..
theres 2 rows..
Pru book the whole place for lunch..
cool hor..

my organisation occupy 1/3 of the attendance...
proud rite.. haha
we've got abt 10 of us..
whereas other is is 1 by 1...
so we sit together n do not feel lonely..

we reach punctually at 12.30pm...
the rest reach quite late oh...
the lunch start ard 1pm..

my love lifen is there too...she's top in her director level too..
beside her are BDO n CEO of Pru...

the octopus is yummy..

duck leg.. i dun really like..

so din finish it..

there are still tarts n ice cream..

but i need to rush off for appt..

i left 2.30pm...

n the lunch has not ended yet..

New TV

After the US trip..
when i'm back to my room..
i feel that the room is sooo cramp...
so i told dear tat i wana change watever tat can make the rm more spacious..

soooo happens tat harvey norman got warehse sales over the wkend..
so on sat, we went to buy a LG full HD LCD tv..
yippee...
sat settled alot things...

we throw away the big fat desktop monitor...
put away the old big square tv..
will also remove 2 tables in rm some time later...

this is the 32" tv... $649..

happy happy... cos this tv can connect my lappy..
so i can watch my online shows on TV...

on sat morning, dear sudddenly say wana bring me to nite safari..
i'm so happy cos i've always wanted to go zoo c c...
swweeeeetttttt....
it happens to be the Halloween theme,
ends in oct (so go quick)...

the performance is only on fri n sat..
so do go on fri n sat..
opens from 7pm-12midnite..
As its Halloween theme..
staffs there are all dressed in scary characters..
they r really pro...
as in they'll not smile at u..
they will stare at u.. some try to scared u..
theres a head inside..

there's this special halloween theme ride n normal ride...
u may wana buy the halloween ride..
its not really scary... but a simple not so interesting experience..
they also have a tix for cocktail...
dun need to spend extra $ in cocktail one..
not worth...

the animal performance is really so so..
cos the dangerous animal is too far...
cant see clearly.. cos its at nite..
but the staff tries real hard to the audience to feel welcome..
the show timing is 7.30pm, 8.30pm n 9.30pm...
can start Q-ing at 6.45pm, 7.45pm n 8.45pm..
if u go Q ard 9pm for the 9.30pm show...
the Q is already damn long..

ALSO..
the food there is REALLY EXPENSIVE!
so dun ever eat there..
the seafood fried rice cost $15!!!!
chicken rice set, with vege.. $17!!!
mineral water $2.50...
can drinks $4!!

Overall.. its quite not so interesting la..
hmmmm....
disneyland, disneysea, universal studio, overseas sea world shows r more fun..

Shdnt anyhow buy bag

m trying to sell off the prada n Bebe bag tat i bought in US...
cos i realize tat i dun really need it...
got really tooooooo many bags to use...
if able to sell off, can get back $900 oh..

i must stop myself from buying unnecessary stuff liao...

bz wk after back from LA

wa.. its been a bzbz wk since back on wed...
lots of work to clear..

sat went to hen's day/nite from 4pm-2am..
went to learn dancing... got exotic, salsa n 1 more diff salsa..
i think exotic is fun...
salsa is difficult.. my hands n legs cant coordinate well...
haha m i getting old.. haa
then had dinner n chill out..

sun have to wake up early.. 6am be sister for another bride...

yesterday nite got boss mooncake dinner...
we had filipino cuisine.. its at chinatown area...
its nice but not really to my likings.. i prefer chinese cuisine..
they engaged a band gp... nice singing..

ronald n noelle prepared some lanterns for kids.. so sweet of them..
then we proceed to yam cha... nice place!
its my 1st time coming to such place... so got culture..

they teach us how to appreciate tea...
but frankly.. i cant taste the diff.... so jus pour n drink la..a shag out me... been a bz day too...
